The 2023 vintage of Jintaro Yura's “L'Abeille et le Papillon” is a beautiful blend of 80% Pinot Blanc and 20% Auxerrois, a masterpiece of subtlety and elegance. Jintaro manages to combine complexity and elegance in a wine that is as delicate as it is precise. Delicate stone fruit flavors are beautifully intertwined with a hint of spices and a crushed rock minerality adds depth and sophistication. A sipper with great versatility and elegance in the mouth it is broad, round and silky, with a pleasant acidity.Aging takes place in 33% Stainless, 33% new Demi-muid, 33% one year old demi-muids.This technique allows for a perfect balance between freshness, structure and aromatic complexity./p>
