Shipping policy

  • We ship every Monday since we want to avoid your wine being stuck on the weekend at a warehouse. 
  • Our standard for Shipping is Ground Service, as long as the weather conditions allow it. If the weather conditions are unsafe, we will hold your shipment at no charge. If you still want us to ship it regardless of the weather, you will be responsible if the wines get heat or frost damage, and we will not process a return.
  • If you need the wines in a hurry, we can always quote for 1 or 2 days of shipping. 
  • We ship a minimum of 4 bottles; we care about the environment and want to take advantage of that box. 
  • Shipping calculated at checkout.
  • You must be 21 years or older to order alcoholic beverages from us. Signature of a person at least 21 years of age is required for all deliveries of alcoholic beverages. Please contact us if you have questions as to whether or not we are able to ship to your particular address.
  • All packages containing alcohol require an adult signature 21+ at time of delivery. FedEx will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse. Customer is responsible for coordinating directly with FedEx to arrange a pick up after any failed delivery attempt or to make preemptive delivery arrangements if they are unable to sign for the package. Less is More Wines is not responsible for shipping charges incurred to re-ship returned packages. Customer will be billed in the case of reshipped items.We do not ship to PO Boxes.
