  • ADDRESS: We are an online retailer; our main warehouse is at 3550 Foothill Blvd, Glendale, CA, 91214. We are not open to the public, so send us an email if you need to reach us.

  • We ship every Monday since we want to avoid your wine being stuck on the weekend at a warehouse. 
  • Our standard for Shipping is Ground Service, as long as the weather conditions allow it. If the weather conditions are unsafe, we will hold your shipment at no charge. If you still want us to ship it regardless of the weather, you will be responsible if the wines get heat or frost damage, and we will not process a return.
  • If you need the wines in a hurry, we can always quote for 1 or 2 days of shipping. 
  • We ship a minimum of 4 bottles; we care about the environment and want to take advantage of that box. 
  • FLAT FEE shipping to LA County is $10, all the West Coast is $15, and East Coast is $30, 4 bottles minimum. Free delivery on Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena. Free shipping all LA County on orders over $150. Not sure if we ship to your address? Send us an email before you purchase, and we will confirm if we can. 
  • We deliver a minimum of four bottles to Glendale, Burbank, and Pasadena at no cost every Monday. To coordinate delivery, let us know when you need the delivery within a 2-hour window, and we will coordinate.  We ship to the rest of LA County for a $10 fee.

  • MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: If you select to enroll in any of our fantastic wine clubs, you will be charged for the first shipment the day you make the purchase. We will ship or deliver it to you on the first Monday after you purchase it. On the First Monday of every Month, you will get billed for the new Wine Club release of that Month.
