Winemaker Sandra Bravo is the first one harvesting in the area, and let's her Viura undergo malo. The clean and aromatic, young white 2023 Blanco de Sierra de Toloo has herbal notes and a sensation of freshness. With only 11.5% alcohol, it has very good freshness and acidity. It's young and fruit driven and was matured in stainless steel with lees and bottled unoaked. 12,000 bottles produced. Despite it being bottled in January 2024, it felt quite harmonious/p>
