This low-intervention red wine is a pure varietal expression of cabernet franc produced by Terra Vita Vinum in Anjou. Sourced from estate plots managed under strict biodynamic viticulture protocols, the fruit grows on complex schistous soils that restrict yields. Spontaneous fermentation relies on native vineyard wild yeasts inside neutral vats, avoiding modern mechanical extraction adjustments or chemical additions. It matures naturally in seasoned French oak casks to allow the structural components to integrate seamlessly.

It pours a dark ruby color, releasing aromas of ripe black cherry, plum, blackcurrant, and notes of leather. On the palate, the medium-bodied frame is structured and balanced, pairing concentrated dark fruit flavors with an underlying earthy mineral core. Savory undertones of tobacco, dried herbs, and a touch of black pepper add depth across the fluid mouthfeel. Well-integrated tannins provide a smooth framework that coordinates nicely with a refreshing acidity. It finishes long, dry, and elegant.
