Celler Credo Miranius Penedes Blanco 2022: “Miranius”, which translates loosely into Catalan as “peers into nests”, a tribute to the foxes which sometimes roam their biodiverse vineyards looking for a snack, is 100% Xarel·lo. Fermentation proceeds spontaneously in stainless steel, and the wine rests on its fine lees in steel for six months before being bottled. “Miranius” displays the brisk, agile side of Xarel·lo, a variety whose relatively neutral fruit character allows for a powerful articulation of calcareous minerality. Xarel·lo’s naturally high acidity brings balance in this warm Mediterranean climate, and indeed this wine is bright, saline, and immensely refreshing, as well as a tremendous value.

Bucklin Old Hill Field Blend 2022: The Bucklin Old Hill Ranch Ancient Field Blend 2022, sourced from a historic, dry-farmed Sonoma Valley vineyard planted in 1885, is a complex, richly structured red blend that features dark, brambly fruit notes of plum, blackberry, and raspberry, accented by layers of spice, anise, cocoa, and an herbal lift. The wine is made from a co-harvested and co-fermented mix of over thirty different grape varieties—approximately 60% Zinfandel, with significant portions of Grenache, Alicante Bouschet, Petite Sirah, and other mixed black and white grapes. Following native yeast fermentation in open-top tanks, the wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, typically with about 25% new wood, to achieve a harmonious balance of opulent fruit, velvety tannins, and the signature Old Hill intensity.

A Thousand Gods Love Letter Pinot Noir 2022: The "A Thousand Gods Love Letter Pinot Noir 2022" is a sought-after New Zealand Pinot Noir (often a Rosé/light red style) from Marlborough's biodynamic Churton Vineyard, known for red fruit, floral notes (raspberry, violet), savory hints, and vibrant acidity, produced by winemakers with French experience, offering a complex, seductive profile perfect for pairing or enjoying solo, reflecting the romantic essence of Pinot Noir.
