Sparkling Wine Bundle

The 2018 Method Traditionnelle, brut nature is delightful and fascinating, it is showing notes of 
apples, hay and a nutty edge. It has a Cidre, bruised apple quality which enhances its appeal. This is a wine I can’t get enough off. And this is the second to last vintage of it ever.

Dom became the master of Gringet showing the world its potential in Ayze’s terroir.
Ayze is only about 30 miles from Mont Blanc, but the Belluard vineyards are planted relatively lower to allow ripening. Make no mistake, these are mountain wines. All are farmed biodynamically and were planted by selection massale. Domaine Belluard had about half of the Gringet planted in the world. The varietal was almost extinct outside of his family's land.

The 2021 has delicate bubbles, in this bone dry, complex and textural pet-nat. This is a prefect 
example of how broad Chenin can play. Aromas of citrus, flowers, cheese and some appealing 
minerality. The wine is crisp and alluring, with lovely acidity and notes of pear, apple and a bit of 
minerality.

Excellent, appealing and unexpected. This is the type of wine we want to be known for. A sparkling Chenin Blanc from the Loire, made in tiny amounts that blows people’s mind. The deliciousness of this wine, its appeal, its balance.
