Produced from hand-harvested grapes on granitic hillsides in the Chantada subarea of Ribeira Sacra, this red wine represents a classic look at local viticulture. Winemaker Xabi Seoane manages the estate, utilizing spontaneous fermentation with native vineyard wild yeasts in neutral concrete vats. The winemaking focuses on manual techniques to capture site specificity and raw varietal expression from the granite slopes. The wine matures naturally without modern temperature styling or filtration to ensure a clean structural profile.

It shows a bright ruby color, releasing focused aromas of wild raspberry, tart red cherry, and a faint hint of cedar shavings. On the palate, the light-to-medium body is juicy and direct, focusing on an energetic red fruit presentation. Fine-grained, soft tannins provide a smooth framework that coordinates nicely with a sharp wave of natural acidity. Subtle notes of ground pepper add a savory depth across the mid-palate. It finishes completely dry and crisp.
