Hand-harvested grapes ferment spontaneously with native wild yeasts in neutral open tanks without excessive chemical extraction. Aged carefully in small neutral oak casks, this bottling establishes an authentic granitic site identity with great focus.

It pours a clear ruby hue, releasing clear aromatics of wild strawberry, tart cherry, and red currant over a background of stone. On the palate, a light-to-medium-bodied frame balances crunchy red fruit with a taut line of granite mineral acidity.
