Nicolas Renard is a Jura-trained, low-intervention vigneron whose small production has made him something of an insider name. After working with influential natural-wine figures in the region, Renard developed his own wines from carefully sourced fruit, often emphasizing native yeasts, long elevage and little to no sulfur. His bottles can include Jura varieties and nearby French appellations, always with an eye toward tension, savory depth and unforced expression.
