Produced from estate rows in Ivrea, this red wine represents a site-specific field blend of nebbiolo, barbera, and neretta. The Ferrando family coordinates manual harvesting from old vines rooted deeply in morainic gravel and sand topsoils. Spontaneous fermentation relies entirely on native vineyard wild yeasts in neutral concrete and stainless steel tanks, avoiding modern extraction adjustments. The wine matures for a year in large neutral wooden casks to allow the tannins to resolve naturally.

It shows a clear ruby hue, releasing clean aromatics of wild cherries, black raspberry, and subtle notes of dried garden herbs. On the palate, a sleek, medium-bodied frame pairs bright fruit flavors with a sharp wave of natural acidity that keeps the mouthfeel refreshed.
