Revel began as Tariq Ahmed's fascination with wild fermentation and has grown into one of Canada's most original cider and fruit-wine projects. Based in Guelph, Ontario, Revel works with apples, grapes, berries, flowers, herbs and foraged botanicals from the region, fermenting them spontaneously and often aging them in oxidative vessels.
