This low-intervention white wine is a pure varietal expression of sémillon produced by the Amoreau family at Château Le Puy. Sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Bordeaux, fruit grows on clay-limestone slopes that naturally restrict yields. Spontaneous fermentation relies entirely on native vineyard wild yeasts in seasoned French oak barrels, completely avoiding temperature controls. The wine settles naturally on its fine lees and is bottled as a Vin de France with zero additions.

It pours a pale straw color, releasing delicate aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and fresh white flowers. On the palate, a sleek, medium-bodied frame pairs crisp fruit flavors with an underlying chiseled mineral core. A lively, electric acidity cuts directly through the slightly rounded texture, keeping the mouthfeel thoroughly refreshed. Subtle notes of citrus pith and a faint flinty edge add a savory depth across the mid-palate volume. It finishes dry and persistent.
