Spontaneous fermentation relies on native vineyard wild yeasts inside neutral oak barrels and stainless steel vats, utilizing temperature controls. This low-intervention process focuses on capturing natural structural harmony and a classic feinherb balance between sugar and acidity.

It pours a pale straw-yellow color, releasing sharp aromatics of tart green apple, citrus rind, wet minerals, and a hint of petrol.
