The 2023 vintage is particularly characterized by the high amount of rainfall during the maturation period of the grapes. The resulting lower grape density on the vine leads to faster acid degradation. This results in a milder taste profile. The fruity freshness and elegant minerality reflect the typical French character of a rosé. With its fine nuances of yellow fruit and a delicate hint of strawberry.

 

Kolonne Null is a Berlin-based project focused on alcohol-free wine that treats dealcoholization as a serious craft rather than a lifestyle afterthought. The team works with established European wineries to select finished wines with enough structure and aroma to survive the removal of alcohol, then uses gentle vacuum distillation and careful blending to preserve texture and varietal character. The goal is not grape juice and not imitation soda; it is a real wine experience adapted for zero alcohol. Their cuvees range from Riesling and sparkling bottlings to reds and roses, all built around clarity, balance and food-friendliness.
