This natural red wine is a vibrant southern blend combining syrah, carignan, and grenache produced by Justine Vigne. The organically grown grapes are hand-harvested from rows rooted in limestone topsoils, utilizing low-intervention protocols to capture site specificity. The winemaking features a completely spontaneous fermentation driven by native vineyard wild yeasts with whole bunches inside traditional clay amphorae. It undergoes a natural maturation process inside these buried clay vessels to build natural structural harmony without wood dominance.

It pours a dark ruby color, releasing a bouquet of ripe black fruits, licorice, warm spices, and a subtle floral lift. On the palate, the medium-bodied frame is characterized by a beautiful freshness and purity of fruit. A fine, structured core of fruit blends smoothly with an underlying silky texture. A clean thread of natural acidity cuts through the volume, keeping the fluid mouthfeel refreshed. It finishes with a long, saline, and spicy persistence.
