This white wine is a blend of grüner veltliner and welschriesling from roughly 35-year-old biodynamic vines at Oggau in Burgenland. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and given a few hours on their skins before pressing. It ferments spontaneously in used 500- to 1,500-liter barrels and rests about 9 months without stirring. It is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.

It pours a slightly hazy pale gold, opening with green apple, grapefruit, and white pepper. On the palate, the light-to-medium-bodied frame balances crisp fruit with a gentle, textured grip. A salty, chalky note sits underneath. Bright acidity keeps it zesty and alive. It finishes dry, refreshing, and clean.
