The grapes grow on sandy loam soils farmed with manual viticulture techniques to protect natural varietal balance. Winemaking involves foot-treading and a brief one-hour skin maceration before pressing, followed by native yeast fermentation in neutral oak barrels. Matured for eight months on its lees without filtering, this cuvée establishes a fresh coastal identity.

It pours a pale straw color with green highlights, opening with fresh aromatics of lemon zest, honeysuckle, and sea spray. A sleek, light-to-medium-bodied frame balances crisp orchard fruit flavors with an underlying stony mineral core. A lively wave of natural acidity runs through the center, keeping the fluid mouthfeel thoroughly refreshed. The extended lees contact coordinates smoothly with a distinct vein of marine salinity across the mid-palate. It concludes with a bone-dry finish, leaving a lingering mineral trace.
