This white wine is an Atlantic-influenced blend of native bical and arinto grapes sourced from various limestone-rich plots in Bairrada. Winemaker Filipa Pato manages the hand-picked fruit with low-intervention protocols to capture high natural acidity and maritime energy. Spontaneous fermentation occurs with indigenous wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks, bypassing modern chemical adjustments. The wine matures on its fine fermentation lees to encourage natural structural harmony and subtle texture without any wood barrel contact.

It displays a pale straw-yellow color with green highlights, releasing aromas of ripe pear, green apple, and fresh lime zest. On the palate, a medium-bodied frame balances orchard fruit flavors with a chiseled, chalky mineral undercurrent. A zesty, electric acidity cuts directly through the slightly creamy texture, keeping the mouthfeel thoroughly refreshed. Subtle notes of wild herbs and an Atlantic salinity add depth across the clean framework. It finishes completely bone-dry.
