Sourced from multiple organically managed village vineyards across the Bairrada region, this red wine represents an ultra-fresh look at the baga grape. Winemaker Filipa Pato utilizes low-intervention protocols on calcareous clay soils to build natural structural tension without wood manipulation. The hand-picked grapes are destemmed and undergo a completely spontaneous fermentation driven by native wild yeasts in stainless steel vats. The final blend remains entirely unoaked to protect pure varietal freshness and immediate regional character.

It pours a pale ruby color, releasing clean aromatics of fresh strawberry, red cherry, and wild bay leaf. On the palate, the light-to-medium body is juicy and direct, focusing on an energetic, spice-tinged fruit presentation. Fine-grained, chalky tannins provide a smooth structural grip across the mid-palate volume without feeling heavy. A clean wave of natural acidity runs through the center, keeping the fluid mouthfeel refreshed. It finishes completely dry and crisp.
