Domaine Huet is a benchmark producer of world-class Chenin Blanc wines in Vouvray, France, renowned for their complexity and extraordinary aging potential. Founded in 1928, the estate is a pioneer of biodynamic farming, a practice it has used since the early 1990s to express the unique character of its vineyards. Grapes are hand-harvested, and fermentation occurs with natural yeasts in ancient cellars carved out of the local tuffeau limestone. The winery uses minimal intervention to let the terroir shine.
