Sourced from tiny, hand-farmed parcels scattered across Châteauneuf-du-Pape, this traditional red is a rare co-fermentation of all thirteen classic regional varieties. Winemaker Jean-Claude Vidal hand-harvests the ancient vines together, fermenting whole clusters naturally with native yeasts in traditional concrete vats without temperature manipulation. The wine undergoes an extended maceration before aging for over 18 months in old, neutral oak barrels to build structure without adding wood flavor. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, this is an uncompromising, old-school expression of Southern Rhône terroir built on raw spice, earthy depth, and longevity.

A deep ruby-garnet color opens to complex, rustic aromas of wild blackberry, dried fig, garrigue, cured meat, and cracked black pepper. The palate is full-bodied, dense, and savory, delivering layered flavors of dark plum, tart cherry, tapenade, and ground clove. Firm, chewy tannins and a grounding mineral backbone lend incredible vertical structure to the generous mid-palate fruit. It concludes on a long, warming, and distinctly rustic finish marked by lingering notes of leather, orange peel, and crushed stone.
