Domaine Zuria is a distinguished family-run winery located on the southern tip of Corsica, near the historic town of Bonifacio. Founded in 2010 by Christian and Nadine Zuria, the estate is celebrated for its role in reviving the "lost" viticulture of the Bonifacian limestone plateau—a terroir that was nearly abandoned in the 20th century. The estate is defined by its commitment to biodynamic and organic farming, and operates on a human scale, focusing on the unique geological meeting point of sea and stone.

Spinella rouge is a blend of Sciaccarello, Minustello, Carcaghjolu Neru, and Nieluccio, which were vinified in tanks only to preserve freshness and fruit-forward aromas, ensuring a good tannic structure. Aromas of ripe red fruits, cherries, and raspberries, followed by spices and balsamic notes. Soft and fresh, yet with good structure and delicate tannins, with a persistent finish.
