This natural red wine is made from one-hundred percent tannat grapes harvested by hand from organic vineyards in Southwest France. The fruit is destemmed into neutral cement vats where it undergoes a three-week skin maceration driven by native wild yeasts. The winemaking avoids modern synthetic corrections, aging the liquid for one year in seasoned wooden barrels followed by ten months in concrete tanks. It is bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with zero added sulfur to respect the terroir.

It shows a deep ruby color with purple edges, releasing intense aromas of black cherry, wild blackberry, and sweet spices. A medium-to-full-bodied, robust frame pairs concentrated dark fruit flavors with a serious, fine-grained tannin structure. Savory notes of leather and ground black pepper blend into the fruit core across mid-palate. A clean thread of natural acidity cuts through the volume, maintaining excellent freshness. It finishes completely dry and long, leaving a stony trace.
