This rare varietal rosé is crafted from one-hundred percent tannat grapes under a zero-zero natural winemaking philosophy. Sourced from organically managed plots in Southwest France, the hand-picked fruit is handled gently to preserve high structural freshness. Spontaneous fermentation occurs with native wild yeasts in neutral concrete tanks, avoiding modern adjustments or commercial yeast selections. It matures on its fine fermentation lees for ten months in concrete and is bottled completely unfiltered with zero added sulfur.

It radiates a deep, vibrant pink hue, releasing focused aromatics of wild strawberry, pomegranate seeds, and fresh garden herbs. A medium-bodied, texturally driven frame pairs crunchy red berry flavors with an underlying mineral salinity. A sharp wave of natural acidity slices directly through the volume, preventing any heavy or sweet character. The robust nature of the tannat grape provides a delicate structural grip that frames the smooth finish nicely. It finishes completely dry and crisp.
