This natural red wine is a pure varietal bottling of syrah produced under a strict low-intervention philosophy in Southwest France. The winemaking incorporates a partial destemming, keeping the remaining portion as whole bunches for a traditional semi-carbonic maceration. Fermentation relies on native vineyard wild yeasts inside neutral concrete tanks without any temperature manipulation. The fruit is pressed after thirteen days, and the wine is bottled completely unfiltered, unfined, and with zero added sulfur.

It pours a dark ruby color with purple reflections, opening with aromas of wild blackberry, fresh plum, and black peppercorn. A medium-bodied frame is juicy and direct, focusing on a vibrant fruit presentation without wood interference. Soft, unassuming tannins integrate smoothly with a clean line of natural acidity that keeps the palate refreshed. Subtle notes of ground spices and wet stone develop as the liquid opens up. It finishes completely clean and dry, leaving a savory trace.
