The estate manages these old plots on calcareous clay soils, utilizing hand-harvesting and spontaneous native yeast fermentation in neutral vats. Winemaking prioritizes gentle infusions over heavy extraction, using zero new oak to protect a transparent look at fruit. Matured in seasoned barrels, it allows structural components to settle naturally.

It shows a bright ruby color, releasing an inviting bouquet of red plums, blackcurrants, and delicate peony blossoms. A smooth frame showcases a harmonious balance of fruit and fine-grained, silky tannins. Savory notes of damp earth and subtle baking spice develop nicely as the fluid mouthfeel expands.
