This organic pink wine is a traditional southern blend of cinsault, grenache noir, and syrah from the Faugères appellation. The vines grow in a unique microclimate inside an ancient meteorite impact crater, managed under certified biodynamic viticulture protocols. Vinification utilizes a direct press and a completely spontaneous fermentation driven by native wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks. This low-intervention process focuses on capturing regional mineral tension rather than simple commercial fruit sweetness.

It radiates a pale copper-pink hue with rosy-peach skin highlights and clear clarity. The nose is open and fresh, offering aromas of wild raspberry, red currant, and fresh blood orange. On the palate, the light-bodied frame is juicy and precise, balancing crunchy red fruit with a distinct mineral salinity. A snappy wave of schist-driven acidity runs through the mid-palate, keeping the mouthfeel lively. It finishes clean, dry, and mouthwateringly light on its feet.

Its vineyards span the famous Faugères and Saint-Chinian appellations, where vines are rooted in mineral-rich schist soil that gives the wines their distinctive character.
