Domaine de la Pinte cultivates this old plot on blue marl soils in Pupillin under certified biodynamic farming guidelines. The fruit is hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously using only native vineyard yeasts in neutral containers. This zero-makeup process focuses on capturing the natural texture and mineral components driven by the region's cool mountain climate.

It pours a pale straw-yellow color, releasing clear aromatics of tropical fruit, yellow peach, and white flowers. On the palate, a sleek, medium-bodied frame balances orchard fruit flavors with an underlying stony mineral core. A zesty, electric acidity slices directly through the round mouthfeel, providing excellent structural tension and freshness. The texture is smooth yet perfectly focused across the mid-palate volume. It finishes completely bone-dry, leaving an elegant saline impression.
