Pinot de Zinc is a blend from their three other reds. When they rack off those cuvées, which are made to be crystal clear (despite being unfiltered), a little extra always stays behind in the barrels. That leftover goodness gets blended and left rest on full lees for another six months. Racked off again and voilà! As such, the texture here is tighter, more compact, but still ethereal and spiced. This is such an engaging wine with a moreish rusticity and that signature Dandelion charm.
