Sans Pareil means unparalleled because it’s an unprecedented blend of Etraire de la Dhuy (50%) and Mondeuse (50%) from Yann’ s young vines planted on limestone scree. Vinified Whole bunch in terracotta amphora - 12 days for Etraire, 10 days for Mondeuse. Pressed, and blended at the décuvage. Aged in amphora 7-8 months and bottled in May 2023.
