Deboutbertin is a small-scale, natural wine project based in the Loire Valley, France. Winemakers Stéphanie and Vincent Deboutbertin are committed to minimal intervention, organic farming, and harnessing the pure expression of their terroir. Their wines are known for their vibrant, mineral-driven character and refreshing acidity.   A lightly sparkling orange Chenin Blanc. Aromatic and refreshing! Harvest by hand from older 45+ year old vines, skin fermented with indigenous yeasts. 12 months on the lees in old barriques. Juices moved by gravity, as Deboutbertin uses no machinery. Zero intervention: no filtration, no added sulfur. Organic.
