This dry white wine is crafted by Ross Cobb from old riesling vines planted in the Vonarburg Vineyard in the Anderson Valley. The site is situated in the cool, wind-swept northwestern end of the valley, which naturally slows down sugar development. Winemaking utilizes spontaneous native yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks and neutral oak barrels. This low-intervention process captures natural texture and high acidity generated by local marine soils.

It pours a pale straw color, releasing clear aromatics of lime zest, fresh apricot, green apple, and crushed slate. On the palate, a sleek, light-to-medium-bodied frame balances tart stone fruit flavors with a chiseled mineral baseline. A developing hint of classic petrol adds complexity without overpowering the freshness. A sharp wave of natural acidity cuts right through the fluid mouthfeel, maintaining excellent structural tension. It finishes bone-dry, leaving a mouthwatering saline trace.
