This rosé wine is mostly old-vine blaufränkisch from densely planted organic plots on the Leithaberg, nearly 300 meters up on slate and limestone above Lake Neusiedl. The grapes are destemmed and foot-trodden, then ferment on native yeasts in old oak casks. It is aged in barrel and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur. The name means "heaven on earth."

It pours a bright, translucent cherry-pink, opening with pomegranate, raspberry, and wild herbs. On the palate, the light-bodied frame balances crunchy red fruit with a faint earthy note. Mossy, savory tones sit underneath. A clean line of acidity keeps it precise. It finishes dry, refreshing, and clean.
