Grape: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano
Vintage: 2019
Type: Red

Produced from hand-harvested vines in Rioja Alta, this red blend combines tempranillo with small portions of garnacha and graciano. The estate utilizes traditional viticulture on calcareous clay soils, relying on spontaneous native yeast fermentation in neutral vats. It ages for twenty-four months in neutral American oak barrels, utilizing manual rackings every six months to clarify the liquid naturally. This zero-makeup cellar process highlights structural balance and authentic regional character.

It shows a deep cherry-red color, releasing an inviting bouquet of ripe red cherries, black plums, vanilla, and cedar. A smooth, well-structured frame showcases a harmonious balance of fruit, acidity, and fine-grained tannins. Savory notes of dried berries and subtle tobacco leaf develop nicely as the fluid mouthfeel expands. A clean thread of natural acidity runs through the center, keeping the texture fresh. It finishes long and dry, leaving a lingering trail of sweet spice.
