This low-intervention red wine is an artisanal blend of equal parts syrah and grenache from the Languedoc region. Sourced from two specific parcels that share ancient Villafranchian terraces, the vines are surrounded by rolled stones and river pebbles. The hand-picked fruit undergoes a four-week whole-cluster maceration driven by native vineyard wild yeasts in neutral vats. It undergoes a natural aging process, maturing for twelve months in a large thirty-two-hundred liter oak foudre with zero added sulfur.

It pours a dark ruby color, releasing aromas of wild blackberry, dark plum, licorice, and warm spices. On the palate, the medium-bodied frame is juicy and precise, balancing concentrated red fruit with a fine-grained tannin structure. Savory notes of black pepper, damp earth, and garrigue add depth across the fluid mouthfeel without feeling heavy. A clean thread of natural acidity cuts through the center, keeping the texture refreshed. It finishes completely dry and clean.
