RETURN INFORMATION
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be in original, undamaged, and unopened condition. We do not accept returns if the merchandise has been damaged while in the customer's possession or in transit; this includes wine that has been exposed to excessive heat or cold. Returns must be made using the original packaging and must be processed up to seven days after the date of sale. To process a return contact us at info@lessismorewines.com.
If you cancel before the order has shipped, you will receive a full refund including all shipping charges. If a qualifying return is initiated after the order has shipped or been delivered, you will receive a refund of the original purchase amount minus the return shipping fee.
Returned Package by Carrier Policy:
If, by some circumstances you have missed all delivery attempts of the carrier and your order has been returned to our facility, please contact us immediately so our customer service team can assist you with resolving this issue. You can request either a reshipment or a cancellation. However, please be aware that additional charges for re-shipments will apply, and the original shipping rate will be deducted from the refund if a cancellation is requested.
All packages containing alcohol require an adult signature 21+ at time of delivery. FedEx will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse. Customer is responsible for coordinating directly with FedEx to arrange a pick up after any failed delivery attempt or to make preemptive delivery arrangements if they are unable to sign for the package. LESS IS MORE WINES is not responsible for shipping charges incurred to re-ship returned packages. Customer will be billed in the case of reshipped items.
