Produced from hand-harvested gutedel grapes, this white wine highlights a youthfully focused expression of the variety without oak wood intervention. The estate manages the vineyard plots organically on limestone topsoils, utilizing a hands-off approach in the cellar to maintain fruit purity. Spontaneous fermentation relies entirely on native vineyard wild yeasts inside neutral stainless steel tanks, avoiding modern chemical corrections. It undergoes a short maturation process on its fine lees before bottling completely unfiltered.

It displays a pale gold hue, releasing clean aromas of white peach, green apple, and wet stone. On the palate, the light-bodied frame is juicy and direct, focusing on a highly refreshing fruit presentation. A zesty, natural acidity runs through the center of the wine, carrying flavors of Meyer lemon and pear. The subtle mineral backbone coordinates nicely with a clean mouthfeel across the mid-palate volume. It finishes short and clean, leaving a light, refreshing berry trace.
