This white wine is an artisanal blend of twenty-six percent encruzado and seventy-four percent cerceal-branco and malvasia-fina from the Dão region. Dominio do Açor produces only three-thousand five-hundred and fifty bottles from plots rooted in deep granitic soils. Twenty percent of the final blend matures for eleven months in neutral French oak barrels, while the remainder is raised entirely in stainless steel vats. Spontaneous fermentation relies entirely on native wild yeasts, completely avoiding modern commercial corrections.

It pours an intense lemon-yellow color, opening with complex aromas of orchard fruit, fresh citrus, tonic herbs, and toasted nuts. On the palate, a sleek, medium-bodied frame balances fruit energy with an underlying stony mineral core. A tense, savory structure drives across the mouthfeel, supported by a refined, subtle boisé undertone. A clean wave of natural acidity runs through the center, keeping the fluid frame refreshed and lively. It finishes long, dry, and complex.
