This red wine comes from Platt Vineyard on the Sonoma Coast, one of the growers Ted Lemon has worked with since Littorai's early years. Lemon farms the site organically and biodynamically, the practice across every Littorai vineyard, and ferments on native yeast with minimal sulfur and no fining or filtration. At over 15 years old, this bottling has had time few Sonoma Coast pinots get to show.

It displays a brick-edged garnet color, opening with dried cherry, forest floor, and a savory, earthy depth that comes with age. On the palate, the medium-bodied frame has settled into something quieter than its youth, balancing softened fruit against a resolved, silky tannin structure. Acidity remains bright and has kept the wine from fading. Secondary notes of mushroom and dried leaf have layered in over the fruit. It finishes long and gently savory, showing what patience does to coastal pinot noir.
