This low-intervention red wine is an estate blend of equal parts merlot and cabernet franc produced by Mathias and Camille Marquet in Southwest France. The marquette family operates a holistic polyculture farm where biodynamic vines thrive alongside livestock and fruit orchard ecosystems. The grapes undergo a traditional native yeast fermentation and short maceration inside neutral tanks, prioritizing immediate energy over heavy wood extraction. The final wine is bottled entirely unfiltered to protect its raw glou-glou identity.

It pours a translucent ruby color, opening with enticing aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, and subtle earthy underscores. On the palate, the light-to-medium-bodied frame is exceptionally juicy and fluid, focusing on an unmanipulated, fresh red fruit presentation. Fine, delicate tannins provide a smooth framework that coordinates nicely with a clean line of mountain acidity. The texture remains light on its feet, avoiding any heavy or extracted components. It finishes clean and dry.
