Sourced from the hamlet of Carracedo in the Chantada sub-zone of Ribeira Sacra, this red wine focuses on historic viticultural heritage. Winemaker Xabi Seoane coordinates Familia Seoane Novelle to explore ancestral multi-varietal co-fermentations on poor, granitic soils. The hand-harvested grapes are co-fermented spontaneously with native vineyard yeasts in neutral open tanks, bypassing modern chemical extraction. The wine matures in small neutral oak casks to allow the structural elements to settle naturally without wood dominance.

It pours a clear ruby hue, releasing clear aromatics of wild strawberry, tart cherry, and red currant over a background of stone. On the palate, a light-to-medium-bodied frame balances crunchy red fruit with a taut line of granite mineral acidity. Savory nuances of field flowers and black pepper add depth across the fluid mouthfeel. Soft, integrated tannins provide a smooth structural grip that keeps the profile refreshing.
