Sourced from high-altitude, dry-farmed bush vines in Valdejalón, this red wine represents a low-intervention approach to Aragon garnacha. The old plots are heavily influenced by the cool Cierzo wind, which slows down ripening and helps retain high natural acidity. Winemaker Fernando Mora utilizes spontaneous fermentation with native vineyard yeasts in underground concrete tanks, avoiding modern extraction techniques. It undergoes a natural aging process in neutral vessels to preserve site- transparency and varietal character over forced cellar styling.

It radiates a ruby-purple color, opening with expressive aromas of wild strawberries, red plums, and Mediterranean scrubland. On the palate, the light-to-medium body is exceptionally juicy and direct, focusing on a vibrant fruit presentation. Taut, fine-grained tannins provide a structural frame that coordinates nicely with a clean line of mineral acidity. Layered notes of white pepper and damp earth add a savory depth across the fluid mouthfeel.
