Juicy is juicy, fruity, approachable with a slight fizz, this deep rosé or light red wine comes from Catalonia, Spain, specifically the Empordà region. The wine's name comes from the Notorious B.I.G. song "Juicy", with hidden lyrics on the back of the label. With notes of candied red fruits, cherries, watermelon, and strawberries & cream, with high acidity and an alcohol around 11-12.5% ABV. This is the epitome of easy drinking. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged on the lees. The wine is produced with a hands-off approach, meaning no additives, no fining, no filtration, and zero or very low added sulfites.

Dido & Jurriaan Morsink, a couple who moved from Amsterdam are making great wines which start in the vineyard. Vines are farmed organically, without synthetic chemicals or pesticides. Instead, we work with nature. Nurturing living soils and planting cover crops to maintain balance. This biodiversity keeps the land healthy and allows the vines to express their full potential. By following regenerative farming practices, we create grapes that are full of life and energy.
