This micro-production white wine is made from one-hundred percent cerceal-branco grapes sourced from the Vinha Ruina single vineyard in the Dão region. Dominio do Açor manages the plot selections manually, yielding an incredibly tiny allocation of only two-hundred and fifty bottles. The winemaking follows a strict low-intervention philosophy, relying on spontaneous native yeast fermentation inside temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Bypassing oak aging, the wine settles naturally on its fine lees to protect pure varietal focus and site transparency.

It pours a medium intensity lemon color, opening with aromas of fresh citrus, orange zest, and wet granite. A lean, medium-bodied frame showcases an acid-savory structure that feels uniquely tubular and direct. Clean flavors of lime flesh and wild mountain herbs are carried smoothly across the mid-palate volume. A sharp beam of mineral acidity drives the wine, ensuring great structural tension and freshness. It finishes completely dry, leaving a persistent mineral trail.
