This skin-contact orange wine is a pure varietal expression of the jacquère grape grown on the alpine slopes of Savoie. Winemaker Jean-Yves Péron follows low-intervention protocols, allowing the hand-harvested fruit to undergo a thirty-day whole-cluster maceration in neutral tanks. Spontaneous fermentation relies entirely on native vineyard wild yeasts without modern temperature styling or chemical corrections. The wine matures for one full year in old French oak barrels to naturally integrate its structural elements.

It pours a hazy golden-orange color, releasing delicate aromatics of fresh apricot, yellow peach, and mountain flowers. On the palate, a medium-bodied frame pairs stone fruit profiles with a chewy texture and great structural tension. A gentle phenolic grip frames the mid-palate cleanly, balanced by a sharp beam of alpine acidity. Subtle notes of raw hazelnut and wild thyme add depth across the textured mouthfeel. It finishes completely bone-dry, leaving a lingering, mouthwatering trace of salinity.
