This premium non-alcoholic sparkling rosé is a sophisticated blend of montepulciano d'Abruzzo, pinot grigio, sauvignon blanc, and gewürztraminer from Northern Italy. The sustainably farmed grapes are fully fermented into a base wine using ambient vineyard wild yeasts inside stainless steel tanks. Winemaker Dejou Marano utilizes a cold-vacuum filtration process to remove the alcohol while retaining volatile terpenes. This high-tech process avoids adding juices or sugar, focusing entirely on preserving natural acidity and crisp carbonation before bottling.

It radiates a pale salmon-pink color with a delicate mousse, releasing aromas of red currant, lychee, peach skin, and tangerine. On the palate, a light-bodied, dry frame pairs crunchy berry fruit with a distinct mineral tension. A zesty wave of natural acidity cuts directly through the bubbles, keeping the mouthfeel thoroughly refreshed. The texture remains sophisticated and light on its feet across the mid-palate volume.
