The estate manages the old vines on calcareous clay soils, utilizing hand-harvesting and spontaneous native yeast fermentation in neutral vats. The winemaking avoids modern extraction corrections or additions, letting the fruit express the cool microclimate naturally. The wine matures in neutral vessels to ensure structural balance without wood flavor intervention.

It shows a clear ruby color, releasing an inviting bouquet of red cherries, raspberries, and a subtle smoky complexity. On the palate, a smooth, well-structured frame showcases a harmonious balance of fruit and fine-grained, supple tannins. Savory notes of damp earth and dark mineral spice develop nicely as the fluid mouthfeel expands. An energetic thread of natural acidity runs through the center, keeping the texture fresh. It finishes long and dry, leaving a charming trail of berries.
