This single-vineyard bottling comes from the Pettineo parcel in Vittoria, showcasing an expression of frappato grown on sandy soils rich in marine sediments. Winemaker Arianna Occhipinti employs low-intervention methodology, allowing hand-picked fruit to ferment spontaneously with native yeasts in cement vats. The winemaking prioritizes infusion over heavy extraction to capture the aromatic potential of the grape. Aged in neutral Slavonian oak casks, it is bottled unfiltered without fining agents.

It displays a pale, translucent ruby color, opening with a lifted nose of wild cherry, red plum, and fresh bergamot tea. On the palate, the light-to-medium body is fluid, balancing soft fruit flavors with a savory herbal baseline. A crisp natural acidity runs through the center of the wine, providing excellent lift and refreshing energy. Fine, supple tannins provide an understated grip that frames the mouthfeel. It finishes dry, leaving a clean, mineral-driven impression.
