This red wine blends sangiovese, canaiolo, and colorino sourced from high-altitude plots in the cool Radda sub-region. The estate manages the vines on limestone soils, utilizing gentle sorting to focus on aromatic complexity and bright fruit development. The grapes undergo a spontaneous native fermentation inside concrete vats with an intentional light maceration to prevent over-extraction. The liquid ages for twelve months in large neutral Slavonian oak casks to soften the young structure.

It pours a translucent ruby color, opening with fresh aromas of wild red cherry, pomegranate, and red licorice. On the palate, the light-to-medium body is crunchy and direct, balancing vibrant fruit flavors with a fine-grained tannin structure. A sweeping wave of cool-climate acidity cuts through the mid-palate, giving the wine an effortlessly fluid mouthfeel. Subtle notes of forest floor and white pepper add depth across the textured center. It finishes clean, dry, and mouthwateringly persistent.
